The folks behind Smart Brickell are appealing to buyers’ love of technology. The Habitat development property, set for completion in2020, will feature 170 residences ranging in size from 553 to 1,117 square feet and priced from $318,000, but it’s the complex’s bells and whistles that agentsare touting as its strongest selling point.
